This will assit people to separate biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste to facilitate recycling and proper disposal. JECI will Educate people about the importance of waste management practices.

Promote Hygiene and Sanitation

Spread awareness about the significance of hygiene and sanitation practices in preventing diseases and maintaining well-being. Advocate for the construction and use of toilets in households and public places to eradicate open defecation.

Educational Campaigns

Organize educational campaigns and workshops to educate people, especially children and communities those who are not that as fortunate, about the importance of cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental conservation. JECI will use creative methods such as art, drama, and interactive sessions to engage participants.

Adopt-a-Spot Initiatives

JECI will take responsibility for maintaining cleanliness in a specific area or spot within your locality through adopt-a-spot initiatives. Regularly clean and beautify the area, and encourage others to follow suit.

Support Government Initiatives

JECI will extend support to government initiatives and policies aimed at promoting cleanliness and environmental sustainability. Participate in government-led programs, such as Swachh Bharat Mission events, and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

JECI will educate by community learning model on how to embrace a sustainable lifestyle by reducing consumption, reusing items wherever possible, and recycling materials such as paper, plastic, glass, and metal. JECI will encourage others to adopt eco-friendly practices in their daily lives.

Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Program for Children

JECI will voluntarily initiate the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan program for children residing in economically disadvantaged communities. Acquiring knowledge about cleanliness will empower them to progress in life and pursue greater aspirations.

By actively engaging in these initiatives and inspiring others to do the same, we can collectively contribute to the success of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and create a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable future for all. Let's join hands and make a positive impact on our environment and society through our commitment to social responsibility.
